In Room Showers

Hello,
I can't seem to find any website that has an in-room shower filter. I know the place in Emeryville has showers in the rooms but other than that I can't find any that list this as a feature.

Any suggestions? I'm mostly looking for places in East Bay Area, SF, Fremont, etc... Nothing as far down as San Jose.

Golden Hydro Therapy in Cotati has an in-room hot tub and shower.

The VIP room at Queen's Health Center in SF has one. They are supposed to charge $5 extra, but I was not charged there recently (but I did pay the $10 extra for the table shower)
