I was in Spa 99 early Thursday morning when it was "raided." There was a lot of rush and confusion when the knock came on the door, but it was really nothing. The inspector was just checking for business licenses and making sure that everyone giving massages was qualified. He paid no attention to me whatsoever and told my masseuse to "take care of your customer." He showed no interest in what types of activities were going on. Don't let this stuff keep you from enjoying all Las Vegas and Henderson have to offer.

I was at Rio once when a female inspector came to check on things. Same comment "go take care of your customer". But Lulu was the only one "licensed" so I was left waiting until they were done. At the time Lulu mentioned that not many of the girls were licensed, and that it cost her, like, $8k for her to get licensed.
