Some FS places have girls that will only do HJ or massage only.. Those customers who have been there before and do not tip, or tip well, seem to always "draw" this girl. Some customers do not want FS and just want a HJ or massage, so the FS girls would perfer to see the ones they can make more money on.

Bottom line is, you can get various levels of service in any place depending upon the girl and what she is willing to do.
